Traditional agency services are offered to northeast U.S. technology based manufacturers and service industries. N.P. James will act in a customary agency relationship, preparing the risk analysis and underwriting package without fee for a standard commission-based agency/client relationship.

Risk analysis services outside the northeast U.S. region are available on a fee-for-service basis. These services are customarily undertaken on a one-time basis, retaining N.P. James as a technology specialist to establish an insurance program and underwriting relationship which properly responds to the complex risks of the technology client. Underwriting packages will be prepared for delivery either back to the client or the market best positioned to respond to the technology-based risks.
